Refund & Returns Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

In the same condition as shipped

Unused and unworn

Free from dirt, marks, smells, or damage

Returned with original packaging and tags
Used Items
For hygiene and performance reasons, used goalkeeper gloves cannot be returned or refunded. This includes gloves that have been worn in training, matches, or tested on any surface.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We’ll assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

Used or worn gloves

Items returned outside the 14-day window

Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect care
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
