We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times provided are estimates and not guaranteed. JOVA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances outside our control.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped. Used goalkeeper gloves cannot be returned for hygiene and performance reasons.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
